Prepare complete and timely import and export documents for goods as they arise. Coordinate with the warehouse keeper to carry out procedures for exporting goods to customers, ensuring speed and timeliness.
Control and reconcile import and export data with the warehouse keeper.
Monitor the quantity of imported, exported, and inventory of consumables and promptly propose plans for consumable material reserves.
Participate in periodic or unscheduled inventory checks and be responsible for preparing inventory reports.
Prepare daily import, export, and inventory reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job requirements:
Graduated with a major in Accounting/Auditing or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse accountant.
Proficient in office computing and specialized computing.
Able to use.
Honest, quick, careful, able to work under pressure.

Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
