- Warranty conditions:
- Products are still within the warranty period counted from the purchase date, according to the warranty card or purchase invoice.
- Products with technical defects caused by the manufacturer.
- Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from incorrect usage, improper storage according to instructions, or natural wear and tear.
- Return and exchange conditions:
- Purchased products that have been used and have technical defects or damage due to transportation.
- Products that do not match the type, size, or specifications compared to the order.
- Return request must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt, and the products must be unused.
