Software Training – A Step Forward in the Digital Transformation Journey at Kenta Vietnam

Technology is no longer a matter of tomorrow – it’s happening every day, in every little task at Kenta. Instead of doing things the old way, we choose a smarter approach: applying software to operations. But for technology to truly serve people, people must also understand and master the technology. That’s why the internal software training session was created – not just as a technical class, but as a friendly meeting between technology and people.

Last week, the whole company had a very special morning. The atmosphere wasn’t heavy like a meeting, but cheerful and open like a sharing conversation. From the Accounting and Sales departments to the production operations team – everyone was fully present and ready to learn. The IT team along with Human Resources developed content that was both practical and easy to understand, avoiding overwhelming theory and going straight into real scenarios.

We don’t learn just to know – we learn to do. Each department was directly guided on how to use software relevant to their work: inventory management, order tracking, KPI reporting, production planning… Even small everyday issues like “forgetting to save data,” “not knowing how to export files,” or “difficulty tracking progress” were addressed on the spot. Thanks to that, the session became lively and approachable – and more importantly, everyone clearly saw the benefits as the software began to accompany daily work.

Change, if done the right way, will be naturally welcomed. No more feeling “reluctant” when mentioning ERP, no more “confusion” when talking about the internal evaluation system. People are gradually becoming familiar with the new operations and starting to realize that software is not a burden – it’s a powerful “assistant” that makes work easier, faster, and more accurate.

Right after the training, positive changes started spreading. Some departments immediately applied the software to track tasks, consolidate data, place internal orders… Reports that used to take half a day now require just a few clicks. What’s even more precious is the proactive spirit everyone showed. Everyone is willing to learn more, ask more questions, and share with colleagues who are less familiar. That is the biggest “fruit” of a training session - when each individual knows how to leverage the tool to do their job better and spread that to the whole team.

Kenta’s digital transformation journey will definitely continue and won’t stop at one training session. In the near future, the company will organize more in-depth sharing sessions by department, tailored to each position, so everyone can apply the tools most effectively and confidently.
