Job Description <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Develop overall monthly, quarterly, and annual communication plans to develop products and brands in line with the Company's orientation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Plan, manage, and develop content on social media platforms: Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn\u2026 and Website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Create diverse content: articles, images, short videos, reels, captions\u2026 suitable for brand orientation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Coordinate with departments to organize workshops, product events in conjunction with the Company's partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Propose and realize communication ideas and social campaigns on a monthly\/quarterly basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Manage posting schedules, monitor interactions, respond to comments\/inbox according to procedures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social channels (reach, engagement, followers, basic leads\u2026). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Coordinate with the Sales &amp; Technical departments to develop documents and communication materials related to products, solutions, projects, and company activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Report work weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Company's Board of Directors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Regularly update social media trends, propose improvements to content and communication methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Job Requirements <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduated from College\/University in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Economics, or related fields. At least 01 year of experience in a Social Media or Content Marketing position. Good writing skills, clear content thinking, ability to express ideas understandably (priority given to candidates who have worked in the technical, materials, shipbuilding industries). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proficiency in basic tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop (basic) is an advantage. Understanding of algorithms and user behavior on social media platforms. Proactive, creative, responsible, and good teamwork skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
